In certain cases, students may feel that their current program isn’t a good fit and may wish to transfer to a different program. The procedure for shifting programs is as follows:
- Application Process: Students must submit a request to the Director of Admissions for a program change within one month of the commencement of classes for that session.
- Late Admission Period: Students who are admitted late have a 7-day window from the date of admission to request a program shift.
- Post Deadline Application: If the request for program change is made after the aforementioned periods, a fee of Rs. 15,000 will apply. All previously paid fees, dues, or fines will be carried forward.
- Eligibility & Approval: Once the request is approved, the student’s admission will be shifted to the new program, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Fee Structure: The student will be required to pay the fee structure applicable to the new program (whether the same or revised).
- Limitations: Students are permitted to use this option only once during their studies.

- No Refunds: If the desired program is not available at the requested campus/block, no refund will be provided.
