Sometimes, students may decide not to continue their studies due to various personal reasons and may request a deferment of their admission. The following outlines the procedure and policies for deferring admission:
- Application Process: A student must submit a formal application to the Director of Admissions requesting deferment before the midterm of the first semester.
- pproval & Next Intake: Once approved, the student’s admission will be transferred to the next available intake. The student may also request a change in the program at this stage, if desired.
- Fee Adjustment: Any fees already paid will be carried forward and applied to the next session.
- No Carry Forward of Fines: Any fines or penalties will not be carried forward to the next intake.
- New Fee Structure: The fee applicable for the new session will be based on the updated program fee structure, if any changes have been made.
- Limitations: Students can only avail the deferment option once during their entire course of study.
